GoEducate is founded and led by Eric Kmiec, an Air Force veteran turned Silicon Valley technologist with more than 30+ years of experience. An expert in product design and platform innovation, Eric built GoEducate on his passion for using technology to help others succeed. Eric is bringing AI into education and the workforce, making careers easier to achieve and pathways forward clear for all.

Frances Winters, Ed.D., brings two decades of experience as a professor and researcher at California State University, Sacramento to her role as GoEducate’s Chief Learning Officer. She leads the company’s education and workforce strategy, advancing GoEducate’s mission to connect early talent with career pathways, in-demand skills, and real opportunities in today’s workforce.

Deborah Romani serves as Executive Vice President at Advanced Integrated Pest Management. She brings extensive experience across business leadership, wealth management, and investment strategy, providing GoEducate with valuable insight into sustainable growth and organizational excellence.

Rodney Johnson

Board of Directors

Rod Johnson serves on GoEducate’s Board, bringing decades of experience in large-scale commercial real estate development and high-level project negotiations. Developing more than 8 million square feet during his career, Rod provides GoEducate with seasoned perspective in business strategy, complex structuring, and organizational leadership.

Anuj Kanish

Chief Advisor

Anuj is a tech entrepreneur, writer, and advisor passionate about creating positive impact for people and businesses. He co-founded Clapself, and led several technology ventures, including a patented solution acquired by Google and an automation platform later acquired by a systems integrator. He brings GoEducate deep expertise in innovation, business strategy, and the future of work.
